Yes, there are charges for return item such as credit card fee which is 5% and for shipping fee.
WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND AMOUNT BACK
We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your items. You’ll receive a confirmation email if the return is approved.Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 10 business days of being approved (depending upon your financial institution).

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, you will need to pay for the delivery fee.Yes! - We ship to you worldwide from our store in Bangkok, Thailand. Free Express shipping is offered for all international orders above USD$ 350
- All International shipping will take approximately 14-30 days. For Express Shipping please check with us for extra charges.
- Orders will then be shipped by our partnered couriers. International orders will be shipped via Thai post, UPS Express or FedEx.
- We will send your tracking number to the mail you have provided us during the ordering process.
Please note that Moniique”s responsibility for the transaction ends upon sending the customer the tracking number and we will not be responsible or liable for the issue occurred during the shipping process (e.g.any shipment delays, taxation etc.). However, please feel free to contact us if you have any issue/ concern. Our team will try our best to work with our courier partners to solve your issue.

Moniiques”s ships on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis for international orders and does not cover any customs, duties or taxes applied to orders. These additional costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are at the receivers expense.

- Free Shipping when purchase Amount Baht 2000/- or above
- Below Baht 2000/- No free shipping. We will charge 50 baht for maximum of 1 kilo. Extra 10 Baht will be charged for evey 100 gram
